Dr. Glendale Lim

Dr. Glendale Lim is a Board Certified Periodontist. Dr. Lim was born and spent her early childhood in Taipei, Taiwan before moving to Marion, Ohio for high school. Prior to embarking on the journey of periodontics, Dr. Lim received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, and Master of Public Health at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

After completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Michigan, she received specialty training in Periodontics and Implantology also at the University of Michigan (a true wolverine!). Dr. Lim has received multiple recognitions for her achievements in dentistry, including induction into the dental honor fraternity Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) and the Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics award from the American Academy of Periodontology society.

In addition to clinical excellence, Dr. Lim is also a recognized scholar on wound healing in relation to bone augmentation. Her cited work has been published in high impact journals and presented at academic conferences. Prior to joining Cameo, Dr. Lim was a clinical faculty member of the Indiana University School of Dentistry Periodontics Program.

Being trained at one of the top ranked dental schools in the United States, Dr. Lim has expertise across the full scope of periodontics and implant therapy. She truly values the core development of strong patient-provider rapport, and strive to achieve the most aesthetic clinical outcomes possible.

Outside of periodontics, Dr. Lim enjoys traveling, is an avid college (Big Ten!) football fan and loves to spend sunny days wonder around the state and national parks with her family and Labrador.
