Dr. Haupt brings to Cameo his extensive training in all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dental implants, bone and soft tissue grafting, intravenous anesthesia, wisdom tooth extraction, dentoalveolar and facial trauma, orthopathic surgery, and maxillofacial pathology.
A Missouri native, Dr. Haupt graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Louis University
with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University School of Dentistry
in Omaha, Nebraska. While at Creighton, Dr. Haupt graduated Magna Cum Laude, additionally receiving the Creighton University Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Achievement Award.
Trained under leading academic surgeons, Dr. Haupt completed his four-year residency in the University of Illinois Chicago oral and maxillofacial surgery program
. Dr. Haupt served as chief resident during his final year, working in multiple hospitals and clinics including University of Illinois Chicago, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Lurie Children’s Hospital, and Jesse Brown VA Medical Center.

Today, Dr. Haupt resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon herself. In his free time he likes to run, enjoy the Chicago outdoors, and perfect his golf game.
